Donne e cultura scritta nel medioevo Women and written culture in the Middle Ages aims at creating a database of women recorded as being involved in the creation of manuscripts up to and including the fifteenth century. Initally, the database deals with copyists only. Illuminators and binders, who were also involved in book production, will be added in later stages. The data is normally taken from secondary sources. Primary sources are being consulted to refine and add to the database. (Alastair Dunning) From New Humbul Resources on August 16, 2004 at 11:09 p.m..
