Cultura This is the Web site for Cultura, a course designed to make foreign culture the focus of the language class. It originated as a collaboration between the teachers and students of French at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and teachers and students of English at the École Supérieure d'Aéronautique in Toulouse. Opera del vocabolario italiano The Opera del Vocabolario Italiano, or OVI, is an online database containing 1,849 texts in the Italian language. The majority of the texts are dated prior to 1375 (the year of Boccaccio's death). Felipe Guaman Poma de Ayala : el primer nueva corónica y buen gobierno This Web site, from the Royal Library of Denmark, makes available a digitized version of the 17th century testimony, 'El primer nueva corónica y buen gobierno' by the ethnic Andean, Felipe Guaman Poma de Ayala. Guaman Poma's 1,200 page manuscript, which included approximately 400 pages of drawings of Inca and colonial life, was addressed to King Felipe II of Spain with the intention of ensuring colonial reform for Peru and protection for the Andean peoples.
