EPA What EPA? This site is an online magazine entitled, BaibabConnections. This August 2004 issue explores EPAs (Economic Partnership Agreements). The thrust of these agreements are about shifting economic relations from 'aid' to 'trade' and hence making it possible for less priviledged countries to participate in lucrative global free-markets. Most of the material here is slanted towards the downside of trade, but students can learn a lot, as perspectives are provided from both sides.
