    Send workers back to school The NSW Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal was commissioned by the NSW Government to look at the demand for skills over the next 20 years and how best to meet it. The report produces recommendations that it says could increase employment in NSW by 14 per cent over 20 years and put an extra $120 billion into the state's economy.
