New College faculty and those adults who want to teach adults.

6. General Objectives:

  1. Understand the fundamentals of adult learners
  2. Understand the fundamentals of lesson planning
  3. Understand how to write instructional objectives
  4. Be familiar with a number of teaching strategies
  5. Be familiar with a variety of evaluation instruments
