This is a summary of the organization and management of the eduSource project, a collaboration among six major partners and numerous minor partners to create a pan-Canadian learning object repository. It did not really succeed, and this talk examines the issues and difficulties inherent in this sort of collaboration. Audio was not recorded, but the slides give a good sense of the points of tension.
