IMS Releases Updated Enterprise Specification

IMS has released a new version (1.1) of its Enterprise specification. This specification is supports the sharing information of about learners and groups between systems within institutions, including learning management systems and student record systems. The new specification includes support for a number of extensions used by WebCT, Blackboard, and others.
