Educators' Use of Twitter: Survey Results

Survey of about 300 educators, mostly from the U.S., on their use of Twitter. To me the most telling statistic is that of the 5800 educators (She gathered data from the pre-registered educators for COSN), only 300 responded. It's a short survey, and would take maybe five minutes to complete. So why a response rate of around 0.5 percent?
