MyNotes: Exploring Epictetus

I like this post for two reasons. First, of course, is that it is about Epictetus, who as (as SEP says), was concerned "with integrity, self-management, and personal freedom, which he advocates by demanding of his students a thorough examination of two central ideas, the capacity he terms 'volition' and the correct use of impressions." The second is Miguel's method of taking and sharing notes from his own reading of Epictetus. Read Epictetus for free here.
