Is Information Management Office only spelled in capitals when referring to a proper place/organization, i.e. military or governmental institution? (IMOs) And sorry, really just nitpicking here... :)

Honestly, I can't remember what they call it right now (the name has changed several times over the last few years)

Any chance this can become a bit more reader friendly? Personally, I love a good model, it draws me in! :)

I will fix this and include some extra material not included in the published paper. Stay tuned. :)

Whetting my appetite but, again, can it be made more reader friendly? It’s awfully gritty…

Was the lack of focus on data literacy due to aftershock from the tsunami of "Digital Natives" versus "Digital Immigrants"? Just asking because I'm reading the Manifesto for Teaching Online presently and would like to know if there's another apparent explanation. :)

That's a good question. I don't think it was the digital natives thing -that was big in the early 2000s. If I had to guess, interest in data literacy waxed and waned with interest in neural networks and deep learning. But that's just a guess.

Seems like there’s a light ahead in our “Dark Middle Ages” of the internet towards what will hopefully become our Enlightenment Period/Data Literacy Period :)

This list has smaller bullets and lacks the space before each first word, unlike the previous lists.
