Wired magazine announces that "it's going to stop paywalling articles that are primarily based on public records obtained through the Freedom of Information Act." That's the right stance to take. Of course it's a lot easier to take that stance in an environment where the National Center for Education Statistics, which until January 20 had about 100 employees, now has only three.
