It's hard to see how I could have missed this one - maybe the announcement only came out now? - but from February at JISC is this paper summarizing attitudes and opinions regarding the sharing of eLearning content. The findings are consistent with previous reports: "75.1% of participants wanted the author of the contributed material to be attributed... Students regard email as a formal communication channel for keeping in touch with 'older people' such as tutors and parents.... only one institution is close to a strategy for sharing elearning content."
