Worst practice in ICT use in education

These are certainly the most discussed "worst practices" - but are they actually the worst? We all know, you shouldn't just dump technology into a classroom, wishing away content and equity issues. But these are just ways of wasting money. There are worse things. Like, for example, blocking students from accessing blogging, social network and video web sites. And, for example, using the same lock-step pedagogy to teach online as you do offline. These are things that actually harm an education.
