Learning management system producer. The core of the system is called GeMS,which provides tools to deliver, sell, manage, track, and continuously improve adaptive learning over the Internet. GEMs uses a tool called SWIFT for course delivery, management, reporting, tracking, and analysis system that requires no client side installation. SWIFT consists of an Adaptive Learning Environment (ALE) and an Adaptive Testing Engine (ATE) that is modeled after a one-on-one, learner-controlled tutoring methodology.
