RedVector is what I would call a learning marketplace for people in the building professions in the United States. It looks a bit busy to begin with, but click on the big 'Web Store' icon on the front page to view the catalogue of online courses. What's good about RedVector is that independent authors and publishers can add courses to the system; what's bad is that all courses are delivered through RedVector's mediocre learning management system. Still, all in all, a step in the right direction. RedVector was recently featured on CNN; there's a link to the video stream as well.
