IMS Establishes European Foundation

Not sure what to make of this one. Just a few months ago, IMS was building partnerships in Europe. Now, it is expanding into Europe with the establishment of a European Foundation. This is part of a global initiative, as the consortium's new URL - http://www.imsglobal.org/ - suggests. The linked story is from Yahoo, PRNewswire, June 29, 2001.
