Adobe and EFF issue a joint call for Russian programmer Dmitry Sklyarov's release after Adobe agrees to back down on charges... but not on principle, as it says "ElcomSoft's Advanced eBook Processor software is no longer available in the United States, and from that perspective the DMCA worked...." I don't think EFF should have co-signed this press release, which says essentially that Adobe did the right thing and got what it wanted...
