Pretty good case study describing the development of a multimedia learning material and an evaluation of its effectiveness in the field. The authors conclude that "asynchronous delivery does provide decided advantages for both students and faculty. Importantly, the multimedia program was found to better cater for an increasingly less homogeneous student cohort."
