I'm not sure that I completely agree with this diagram (it's the linear nature that bothers me), but it would take a subtle criticism to find the flaws. It is certainly worthy of reflection a and for cutting and pasting into your favorite slide show. Like Dave Snowden, "I was also curious about the linking of sense-making and path-finding."
