I haven't had a chance to review these three books (they've been in the bin for a few weeks now), but would like to pass them along in any case. "The European Megatrends project has now made available the following three reports... 1. E-learning initiatives that did not reach targeted goals; 2. Megaproviders of e-learning in Europe; 3.
