Short article that makes a good point. The measurement of the return on investment (ROI) of e-learning by cost savings (as compared to traditional learning) is only the first and most basic level of measurement. Far more important in the long term will be a measurement of the increase in learning enabled by e-learning - a much more difficult task for accountants.
