Various references today to the The United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business, (UN/CEFACT) and in particular the Core Component Technical Specification (CCTS). The web presence for this organization is a mess, and the CCTS - which defines basic data types - appears to be extant only as a PDF. One wonders how much communication there is between this body and UNESCO.
