I've seen these advertisements too. "Earn Your Degree 100% Online. Request No-Risk Information." They're part of the widespread marketing campaign the University of Phoenix has spread throughout the online world. But seeing them as the result of a Google search for 'Alfred University' turned some heads, especially when the University of Phoenix ad appeared under an Alfred University heading. Welcome to the world of no-holds-barred university marketing. I just checked and the advertisements are no longer on Google. But I'm sure the University of Phoenix is out there somewhere, planning its next campaign.
