This is the sort of video people should see when they're trying to do something hard. As one commenter says, "this is a video of what it takes to do anything well - a million earnest attempts for one success. then repeat that over and over and you might end up good at what you do. maybe." (p.s. yes, he should be wearing a helmet - it's OK to fail, but not to kill yourself foolishly.)
