This is smart. "Mozilla has combined Firefox's WebRTC support with Ericsson's Web Communication Gateway and AT&T's API Platform to put together a working demo of calls — both voice and video — and text messages all made from within Firefox." I'm not really a big user of telephones (voice or text) and never have been (for many years I had no phone at all) but I can see the benefits, but here's what I would really require: a public number i can turn off, and a private number that I share only with family and friends.
