Useful resource that attempts to bring some consistency to discussions of competency-based learning. It would take a close reading to effectively criticize, consisting as it does of close to a hundred words, ordered in categories and alphabetically, with definitions. It seems pretty good in general, but there's room for persnickety. For example, of "A competency is a specific skill, knowledge, or ability that is both observable and measurable," I would say the term "measurable" is either redundant or overly prescriptive.
