You'll have to work to get through the very stilted language (it took them four lines to say "learn how to use OERs"). But the content is good. The six guidelines, summarized in English, are: "Instructors should learn about OER theory and discipline-specific OER theory. They need the opportunity for experience and practice using OERs by themselves and with others, and to be able to reflect on that practice. Learning about OERs should be linked with work activities."
