Yesterday I spent the day learning how to code a progressive web app (PWA). Today I spent it digging into the WebMention specification. This is what is meant by continuous improvement; I now have two additional skills I didn't have at the start of the week, which makes me more valuable to my employer, and more employable generally. Plus, it's just cool digging into these things. How did I learn? Interacting with a community on Mastodon, finding web resources, working with the code and trying it for myself, and sharing my work.
