This is another way of thinking about the distributd internet. "Using spare bandwidth and unused disk space on home computers and phones, we're taking the web off corporate servers, out of government control, and back into the hands of people." Today we saw the release of a video that shows how a user would edit and publish sites. A lot of what they're doing here overlaps with what I had in mind for a personal learning environment (PLE) so I'm quite interested. Realted: Minds, a crypto-social network. The concern: "Minds is working on an ICO means that it could, potentially, offer financial incentives to bring out the worst in people.
