It's the sort of thing that might be useful - basically a peer-to-peer learning experience. A lot like one of our cMOOCs. "They need more than an occasional webinar or lunch hour workshop. They need opportunities for sustained, evidence-based professional development." Just one catch: the 'fellowships' are $750 per seat.
