Via ADL: Employees are keen to take courses online, according to a report from the Conference Board of Canada (a business issues group). "They value the flexibility, the increased control and the opportunity to develop themselves and increase their value to the organization that e-learning can provide." I would expect they also like taking courses from their desktop in the office during business hours rather than killing a full Saturday to accomplish the same purpose.
