I just completed slides and a video for a conference in Iran (I'll make these available May 20) with various predictions for the future of the MOOC. One think I noted was that they would be using real-time data to provide authentic learning experiences. I always complain when other people predict things that are already happening, so I'll take note here of this FutureLearn course where participants use AI to work with Copernicus open data. "On this course, you'll get a comprehensive overview of the Copernicus Programme and the wealth of EO data it provides, as well as how AI and ML are transforming the interpretation of EO data." This is pretty challenging advanced stuff (at least to me) but might be just the thing I can imagine spending a lot of time working on (if I had a lot of time, that is).  Via Copernicus EU.
