Because the concept of the personal learning environment (PLE) still lives rent-free in my mind, I want to point to "the Personalized Upskilling Platform (PUP), a tech skills learning platform, provides zero-cost curated learning content - focusing on last-mile learning to get the learners over the 'employability' and providing 'career opportunities' that match their newly acquired skill set." PUP is from Adaptivity, based in Singapore and Thailand. I tried logging in but it didn't work, so no comment on what it looks like, sadly. But it does show that the concept is alive out there
