I'm including this item just to make sure everybody is familiar with the latest acronym: Chain-of-Retrieval Augmented Generation (CoRAG), "a new AI framework designed to enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models." With RAG, you give an AI some documntation, and it uses that documentation when it constructs its responses. With CoRAG, it runs through the first step, then retrieves more information, and then constructs its response. It's like the difference between a person who read the paper and wrote an essay, and a person who read a paper, then read some of the papers listed in the references, and then wrote an essay. Here's the original paper on arXiv (18 page PDF).
