This argument won't be new to readers of OLDaily but it's nice to see it placed squarely in a Canadian context and spelled out so clearly. According to the author, "music downloading is not responsible for the ills of the music industry and Canadian artists have not been harmed by the sales declines that have occurred over the past five years."
