Maish writes, "Check out this multimedia-instruction from 1927 on how to use the dial phone. It uses a story to link the sequence of operations together. On another note, I also like the way the Internet Archive uses thumbnails to allow users preview the movie before downloading it." It also serves to remind us that even something we take for granted, like the telephone, was at one time new and difficult technology.
