Good discussion, with quality graphics, of a model of the way context and learning interact. "Learning is the process of assimilating cognates into my context in such a way as the attitudes, skills, and knowledge embodied become available for my personal use." Pretty much right. But we need to rethink the role of teachers here - if we adopt this model, then anybody can be a teacher.
